Located in the area classified by UNESCO as a world heritage site and built over 300 years ago, it was acquired in 2006 and totally renovated in 2008, a project executed by the host, an architect by profession.
There is also a vast garden, with 2.500m2, which has an absolutely breathtaking view over the historic center and the ocean, not to be missed.
