Fully equipped for longer stays, decorated with design and authentic vintage pieces. Furnished with integrated air conditioning, electric towel rack, flat screen TV, refridgerator, dishwasher, washing machine, owen, microwave, extractor, coffee makers (capsule & manual), toaster, electric kettle and juice squeezer, blender, ironing facilities, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, fitted broom closet, extra pillows and large built-in wardrobes in natural wood. Queen-size double bed.
For long "workation" stays upon request we provide a folding computer table (80 x 45 cm) for the exclusive purpose of work.
From the seven apartments located in the building, two of them (duplex) with private terrace, all are equally equipped, with access to the beautiful patio and a small communal terrace on the 2nd floor. Apartment 1 is a studio, located on the ground floor, overlooking Barraca street.
- It`s possible park in the street free of charge. There is also a public car park - Parking Marti Grajales -, which can be booked with prepayment up to the day before trip.
- Free WIFI HotSpot, secure network with extended capacity.
- Bicycles available in the house for rent, upon request. Space is limited and we cannot store bicycles other than the ours in our facilities. In our street there are bicycle platforms.
- All apartments have a small library for a varied reading.
- Weekly housekeeping is included after the first week, with changing of the bath towels and the bedlinen. You can also hire additional cleaning, and extra change of towels and/or bed linen for a supplement.
