The apartment
Let us welcome you to our apartment, an ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation with your family and friends.
It is located in Llafanch and has a wonderful sea views.
The apartment is bright and spacious and we are sure that throughout your stay you will have a great well-being sensation.
The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped so that you have everything you may need.
There are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
There are also 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed
Apart from the windows with sea views, we like to enjoy the fantastic terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers.
In the apartment we have Wifi, air conditioning and heating to make you feel comfortable whatever the season you come.
We also have parking!

IMPORTANT:
* The minimum age for booking is 30 years old.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
