Great location in the old city, few steps from bus/tram stations in Mendlovo námestí from where you can get basically everywhere in Brno. One minute walking is grocery store Albert, café Plovárna, brewery Starobrno, the best cake shop in Brno or a great jazz bar. Walking distance to St. Anne`s hospital, Spilberk parc and castle, historical city center. Great location for medical or sciences students (15 mins by bus to the Univesrity campus), economics students (2 bus stops to the faculty), or architecture students (walkable distance to Porici).
Sunny renovated apartment on the 4th floor with 1 bedroom with balcony and big living space with kitchen and dining corner. There is a king size bed (160x200 cm), storage space, and a desk. Living space comprises a comfy sofa and 2 side tables. As we are not fans of TV, there is no TV but if you want to bring your own there is cable ready to connect it. Kitchen is fully equipped - kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, dish washer. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, wine glasses, pan and pots. Bathroom has a bath tub, toilet, sink and a washing machine. The apartment is very cosy and sunny and includes storage space (for bikes or seasonnal items) in the basement.
The apartment is stricktly non smoking. Smoking possible only at the balcony.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
