This little studio is an ideal for a couple or a lone traveler :) It will become your cozy place in Prague, where you can rest after days full of exploring new places and enjoy your little moments! Also there is a small special thing - a comfy corner, where you can warm up in winter and chill on a sun in summer ;)
This part of Zizkov is a historical protected zone, so you can enjoy a beautiful architecture of Prague, explore it`s streets, where you can escape from a fast-living city...
My apartment located on a 1st (ground) floor of the renewed building from the end of 19th-start of 20th century, so you can enjoy and old architecture with all modern amenities. It's a small studio with a sleeping place, which is made like 2nd floor, so it saves a lot of space.
In our apartment you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay :
- induction stove;
- TV;
- fridge;
- kettle;
- microwave oven;
- hairdryer;
- an iron.
Also apartment is available for more tenants( up to 4) for additional 1000 Kc for every next person
after 2.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
