Nice apartment with balcony, downtown City West
Pretty, modern single apartment with a small balcony to the quiet back.
Kitchen fully equipped, washer dryer, smart TV and WiFi router, sofa bed (additional full sleeping space), dining area for two. The comfortable fold-away bed disappears in the morning when folded up in a modern sideboard.
You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator to the 4th floor (5th floor).
Despite its very central location in Berlin`s City-West and optimal connection to underground and S-Bahn trains, it is quietly located in a cul-de-sac to Lietzenburger and Augsburger Straße.
The location in the City-West is ideal: 200 m to the underground station Augsburger Straße (U3) approx. 500 m and to Wittenberg Platz with U1, U2 and U3.
