One-room, ground floor apartment with separate kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, and a spacious dressing room. The apartment is complete, modern and cozy equipped with a data connection and ready to welcome one or two tenants. In case of interest, we provide laundry for a fee
The apartment is located on the street Vancurova in Brno. The advantage is good access to the city center. Nearby is a bus and tram stop Otakar Sevcik with buses 44.74, 84 and night connections 89 and 98 and tram 12. The apartment is on a side quiet and safe street where you can park for free. The location of the house makes it easy and fast connection to the Main Railway Station, Brno Airport and the D1 motorway.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the property. The apartment is also not very suitable for families with children.
