Modern apartment near the centre
A flat of 36,68m2 is located on the second floor (third above-ground) of a building right on Plzeňská street, just one tram stop from Andel (metro B line). The flat itself consists of 4 separate areas - 1 bedroom with a huge double bed (which could fit three people if they really liked each other ;); entrance hall with wardrobe, mirror, and a washing machine; bathroom with a shower stall and last but not least, living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchen. From the windows you can see Malostranský hrbitov - a cemetery with lots of green. It was founded in 1680 and there are many interesting legends and stories linked to this place. If you admire the art of sculpture, you might find interesting the headstone of "Holy girl" by Josef Max, or the one of the bishop Leopold Thun-Hohenstein sculpted by Václav Prachner.
The main advantage of this flat is its location; it`s less than 100 m from the tram stop Bertramka, and 5 minutes from the bus station Holeckova. If you enjoy nature, the nearest park Sacré Coeur will fit your needs. The beutiful view of Prague, and a wooden bridge connecting the park with shopping mall OC Nový Smíchov makes it a perfect place for picnic. Kinského zahrada on the lesser known side of Petrín hill is definitely worth visiting too.
