The newly renovated apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen-size double bed, large living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. This home is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life and has plenty of storage space. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (elevator is on the mezzanine) of a six-storey apartment building surrounded by greenery.
It takes only 2 minutes to walk to Petriny metro station on the green A line, which goes directly to the center (12 minutes). Only 1 minute away is a tram and bus stop with direct links to Vaclav Havel Airport (25 minutes). In the immediate vicinity of the property, there are all essential amenities including but not limited to supermarket, a post office and pharmacy. Nearby, you will also find Hvezda Park, Divoká Å árka Natural Park, Brevnov Monastery and Ladronka outdoor area.
