The seventh floor air-conditioned cozy and elegant rooftop apartment of 47 m2 consists of 2 floors and fits for 2 adults max. The apartment includes on the first floor the living room with a large and comfortable sofa and LCD TV, the retro kitchenette, which is equipped with everything you need for cooking and spacious closet space. The walnut open stairs will rise you to the upper floor where you find a calm bedroom with a desk. The bedroom is oriented to the north and the living room to the southern side. All windows are equipped with sun blinds. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stays such as kitchen amenities, fridge, washing machine with dryer, iron, ironing board, high-speed internet connection, towels and bed linen. For your car, there is a private parking lot. The price includes cleaning of the appartement once a week.
