The apartment is located at Letna between two most favourite Prague parks – Letna Park and Stromovka. Letna is modern and vivid area full of restaurants, cafes and bars with excellent access to the city centre.
In the same street there is a famous art cinema Bio Oko and only few minutes` walk away there are National gallery of modern art, Výstavište (exhibition ground) with Križík's light fountain or National technical museum.
The Prague Old Town and Prague castle are within 20 minutes` walk through park or 10 minutes ride by tram.
The newly renovated apartment is airy, sunny and has a great 1+1 layout. The room is divided into a living and a sleeping area.
