Nice quiet flat close to the center, Prague 4
The flat is located in a quiet part of Nusle (a borough of Prague). Its location makes it very easy to get to the centre of the city (20 min.) as well as to business centres in Pankrác, Budejovická and Michle by public transport (bus stop Kloboucnická, tram stops Horky, námestí bratrí Synku, Otakarova; metro in or Pankrác or Pražského povstání accessible by tram or bus). If you fancy walking, there are several parks in the walking distance (Havlíckovy sady, and a little further away Vyšehrad). Nuselská street and námestí bratrí Synku offer numerous shops (Tesco Express, local food store Sklizeno and many others) and restaurants/cafes/fast pizza/kebab places.
The house is 16 years old and in a very good condition, there is a lift. Internet service is provided (WiFi).
The flat - a bedsitter, total 33m2, main room 21 m2, + extra 6m2 balcony - is situated on the 6th floor, the window/balcony view is into a quiet and green inner yard (accessible to tenants).
The flat consists of a hall with an inbuilt shoe rack and wardrobe, bathroom with a toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. In the living room/bedroom there is a library, cabinet, bed, sofa, coffee table, carpet, dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge+freezer, cook top, oven, pans, plates, glasses and mugs, cutlery, toaster, electric kettle.
At the balcony there is a small table with chairs.
