I am offering a lovely studio for rent to one person in the residential area of ​​Podolí. The building is located directly behind the Podolská waterworks. Palackého námestí metro station is a 3-minute tram ride away, Žluté Lázne and Náplavka around the corner.
The apartment has a small private courtyard with an area of ​​about 10 m2 and is pleasantly cool even in the summer, you can survive the heat wave in peace. If you like gardening, the place will become your own little paradise.
The apartment is equipped with furniture, bed linen, towels, vacuum cleaner, basic dishes, refrigerator, microwave and kettle.
