Beautiful, sunny apartment in the historical part
The bright and well-furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of an Art Nouveau house. The apartment has a living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, a cloakroom with a built-in wardrobe and bedroom with double bed. The apartment has high ceilings, with bedroom windows facing the courtyard and living room overlooking Arbes Square. The windows provide very good sound insulation. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher (the three-combination Candy).
Although MHD is very well accessible, the apartment is quiet and is located in a tranquil environment. The tram stop Arbesovo námestí is circa 100m from the apartment, the metro station Andel is 500m from the apartment. In the area you can rent a parking space in the garages
