This stylish apartment is located in a clean, quiet, building with an elevator and friendly residents. It`s a home. It`s a privilege to stay here. The apartment is well equipped with adequate hot water, washer-dryer combo and centrally air conditioned. I do not cook while on vacation so I am silent on kitchen facilities. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming with many places to enjoy wine and food. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the famous Parc Cuitadella. It is about a 10 minute walk to an older part of the city known as El Raval, an oasis for eating, shopping and sightseeing. From apartment you can taxi or walk to the medieval cathedral and the Gothic Quarter. The apartment is also walking distance to the Barceloneta beach and neighborhood. A short taxi trip takes you to all the Gaudi masterpieces including the Sagrada Familia In summary: this apartment is clean, quiet, in a friendly building and neighborhood. The neighborhood makes Barcelona accessible to its visitors
