IE amazing studio
Design brand studio located in the best area of Madrid, between Paseo de la Castellana, Serrano St and Maria de Molina st. with a cozy terrace over a garden. Metro Gregorio Marañon is 100 meters, and IE Business School is 5 minutes walking. The studio is located in a building with a beautiful garden that is an oasis between the asphalt of Madrid. Its small terrace overlooking the garden is ideal for enjoying a coffee. The studio is divided into a sleeping area with a double bed (140), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven) and a bathroom area with a separate toilet and small laundry room. The glass shower is located in the center of the studio and divides the spaces. The kitchen in full equiped including dishwasher and Nesspreso coffee. There is a nice terrace to enjoy the garden.
