Studio
The studio is the perfect space to relax after a day exploring the hills of Lisbon, equipped with a 43 smart TV and cable, high-speed Wi-Fi (500/100mbs), comfortable sofa, designer coffee tables, art books, and soothing plants. A smart air conditioner ensures a comfortable temperature is maintained all year round. The sound and heat resistant double-glazed windows in the front open onto a charming juliette balcony facing a pedestrian only street. The tailor-made full-size wardrobe is a space separating art piece that provides privacy to the bedroom area while also serving as a TV console. Quality linens, a double-size bed () with a memory foam mattress, topper, and feather pillows provide unparalleled comfort ensuring a restful night`s sleep.
Bathroom
The concrete tiled bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a personal hand shower, large mirror, hairdryer, and heated electric towel railing.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances (4-plate electric stove, microwave with grill, fridge/freezer and washing machine), kettle, toaster and and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with iron, ironing board, and a washing drying rack.

The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11am.
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
