The apartement is in newly reconstructed Art Noveau building on the 2nd floor with lift. Bus stop is in front of the house, to the centre about 15 minutes ( Main Railway Station, Florenc,Otd town ). Tram run 24hour a day.
Behind the house is a large park with a view of Prague.
The apartement is fully eqipped with fast WI-FI. The air corditioner will be installed from 2019.
