Walking through the magnificent iron gate to the front garden with the sculpture of famous residents and down to the courtyard you are entering of one of the most beautiful historical building in Budapest. You are greeted with quietness and calm, leaving behind the buzz of downtown.
This 105 m2 (plus 12 m2 gallery and 25 m2 private courtyard) apartment is on the ground floor of a restored heritage building, with 5 meter high ceilings, French doors and windows. Uniquely, it offers two separate spaces with separate entries for a family with children, 2 couples or friends. Apart from a large living/dining area and master bedroom, there is another living room with a gallery bedroom next to a breakfast-room and kitchen. As both living rooms have sofa beds, plenty of room for two more visitors.
