The Villa has 3 floors and 5 bedrooms. The décor is lovely and very cozy with an amazing view.
On the outside area there is a garden, a barbeque space with 2 types of BBQ (one with gas and one with charcoal), a big outdoor dining table, a heated infinity pool with sunbeds and outdoor lounge area with sofa and table.
The first floor has a living room with a big flat screen TV, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is big and well equipped with brand new household appliances. And there is one toilet as well on the first floor.
The second floor has a Master Bedroom with double bed, private walk-inn closet, private bathroom and access to the first floor balcony.
Two extra bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a gym are located in the second floor.
The third floor has two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with a bathtub, living room area with a sofa bed and a coffee table.
All bedrooms have an amazing sea view.
Ponta do Sol resort, at sea level, 5 minutes by car (2,9 Km) away, is very popular for Villas in Madeira, and offers restaurants and cafés (and three small hotels), as well as a couple of trendy bars and 2km from the beach. Before reaching the town, you will find, on the roundabout that provides access to the motorway network, a small shopping centre with a row of shops and cafés and the nearest supermarket. Ponta do Sol is known as the sunniest place in Madeira, and the whole town front is a rocky beach with access to the sea.
There are walks around the hills of Ponta do Sol and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.
