The second room has a kitchen corner, refrigerator, TV, double bed, single bed, two sofa beds, dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, toilet. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard and the street. The apartment has a spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard.Location in the city center - 3 minutes walk to the Park, 2 minutes walk to the kindergarten. 10 minutes walk to the school, 10 minutes to the gymnasium.
