Cozy 40m2 newly renovated apartment with capacity for 2 people. In the community Clos Sureda with communal pool, garden, barbecue area and parking area.-
There is a room with a double bed of 150cm x 190cm. There is a renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is renovated with microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, manual mixer, oven, refrigerator, etc. In the dining room there is the sofa and a table for four people. The parking area is not always available in high season. The barbecue must be reserved to be used.
