If you are looking for a quiet house near the beach to be able to work remotely or spend a few warm winter months, this is perfect for you. Cozy semi-detached house is located in the urbanization La Mora, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. It is distributed on two floors. On the main floor with access from the street is the kitchen, living room with access to the terrace and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
It has a large outdoor terrace to work on your laptop or eat outdoors on sunny winter days.
You can park comfortably in front of the house on the street.
Distance to La Mora beach 10 min on foot. There is a small supermarket, bakery, different bars and restaurants.
