The apartment has been recently renovated with the comfort of our visitors in mind. The apartment is a Loft-type space where there is a nice space with a double bed and a folding bed for a third person. In addition, it has a large space where the living room with TV, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) are combined. with everything you need so you can prepare your favorite breakfasts or dishes. In a separate and independent room you will find a dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower equipped with towels, shower gel and shampoo. Everything you need for a relaxing shower.
Due to its location, it is one of the apartments preferred by our clients, given that it is a stone's throw from the Palacio de la Merced, a few minutes away from the square where you can visit the famous figure of 'El Cristo de Los Faroles', a a walk of about 10 minutes will reach the Mosque-Cathedral, 300 meters away you will find the Roman Temple with its impressive columns, the Viana Palace, the Jewish quarter with its narrow streets and flowery patios. At about 400 meters you can enjoy the Plaza de La Corredera, with its open-air terraces to enjoy the gastronomy and shows. A few minutes' walk away you can enjoy the Ruta de Los Patios Cordobeses with its pots full of colorful flowers.

Rules and Conditions:
- First of all, enjoy Córdoba a lot.- Arrival time can be from 4:00 p.m. (check before booking, possibility of arriving earlier), until 8:00 p.m.
Check arrival availability after 20:00 PM.
- The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending of forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your address postage due, upon payment of €50 for the service/management of the shipment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
