The House is located at the foot of the Pico mountain and the sea, offering a simultaneous view of both.
A pleasant, comfortable, and modern space where you will not miss anything to make you feel at home.
We highlight the fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and 200 TV channels.
INTERNET: Fast and unlimited Internet Fiber / Wi-Fi 200 Mbps throughout the house. 2 wifi connections, 2,4GHz and 5GHz. An ethernet connection is also available.
Outside there is a barbecue/grill area, a dining area, a hammock, and a shower with a view directly to the mountain.
The space is very bright and all windows and doors have sea or mountain views.
On the property, we also have a small orchard with fruits such as bananas, oranges, custard apples, lemons, loquats, araçais, etc. Our guests are invited to pick them up from the tree and eat as much as they want.
As our house is placed in a rural area, you can buy milk and other dairy products directly from the owner of the cows or buy cheese in a small artisan factory 250 meters from the house.
You can also buy bread from the baker who passes by the house every day with freshly baked bread.
The neighbors also grow various agricultural products that you can buy directly from them.
Near the house, you can also find 3 natural swimming pools (two of them with picnic areas).
Located about 2kms from the house the Parque Florestal de S. João occupies an area of 212 ha. The Park intends to establish itself as a center for forestry dissemination, through its multimedia kiosk, the bird observatory, thematic visits; and the promotion of sports and physical exercise (has various equipment and fitness circuits) in full interaction with nature.
CASA DO ALMANCE offers good conditions to work with a good internet connection, in a quiet and calm place with a Mountain and Sea view with fresh air in a mild climate (in the southern part of the island) with temperatures in the winter around 10 to 15 degrees Celsius on average and in the summer around 22 to 26 degrees Celsius
