Farm House - Quinta Cabeço da Moita
This is a family house inside a farm (Quinta Cabeço da Moita). It's located 5km, 7 minutes away from Nazaré, in the agricultural area.
Quinta Cabeço da Moita has 11 hectares and it has a few more small country houses (one and two bedrooms houses).
This house has on the ground floor 1 living room, one kitchen and one bathroom and a large private terrace.
At the moment we changed furniture in the house and it looking much better than the pictures.
On the first floor it has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a terrace and a private ensuite bathroom and a king size bed.
Bedroom 2 is a closet
Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed
Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed
Bedroom 5 has 1 double bed
And 1 bathroom
It has central heating with pellets system. (bags of pellets to be purchased by renters).
The rest of utility bills are included.
The farm has a shared swimming pool, playground for kids and a lake where you can use the boat or get a stand up paddle.
We have horses that live here and are retired. And sheeps. Residents can interact with the animals.
The owners (our family) don't live in the farm but live nearby.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
