14 m2 furnished bedroom in a large apartment with a common kitchen, sitting room, laundry room, pantry and an inner balcony . The apartment is located in Gönczy Pál street on the second floor of a fully renovated historic building with a green inner garden. The room is overlooking a quiet side street. The flat is situated near Kálvin square with excellent access to metro lines M4, M3 and also trams, buses and night buses. The area is very lively with plenty of places to shop as well as restaurants, pubs and bars. All major universities are easily accessible from the apartment: Corvinus University is within 2-minute walking distance, ELTE, Technical University and Semmelweis Medical University can be reached in about 10 minutes with public transportation.
The whole apartment is 111 m2 with 3 bedrooms. The owner lives in one of the rooms and is a university student studying architecture.
