A community 'un-manager' serves as a point of reference, assisted by volunteers who help manage the space. Weekly community meetings are held to plan activities, share feelings, and foster a sense of responsibility among residents for maintaining shared areas.

Our rural house combines new and old elements, constructed with sustainability in mind. The atmosphere blends professional and traditional features, emphasizing the reuse of furniture whenever possible. Accommodation includes private rooms with ensuite bathrooms in the Villa, restored to preserve the original frescos and materials from the early 1900s.

The average download speed is 200 Mbps, and the upload speed is 20 Mbps. Two coworking rooms are available 24/7, each equipped with workstations.
