Hello, shortly is just for one person, male or female, can't accept more than one month at first without getting to know you personally and see how it goes, i also live in the house.
Occasionally there's volunteers helping in the farm.
Country house is located near the beautiful fishing village of Sesimbra in a countryside area. Isolated and at the same time close to everything you need. As a farm house you share the space with our dogs, chicken, ducks, goose, goats and guinea pigs and gold fish living loose on the property, so loving animals is a must when you come :D
By car, it takes around five minutes to arrive to Sesimbra, Meco`s Beaches, Albufeira`s Lagoon, Cape Espichel and just a little bit more to the impetuous and wonderful Arrábida Natural Park. The Toca do Urso offers the best accommodation and comfort you can imagine, equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway of your daily life stress. Enjoy the fresh air and the unique dazzling views and ancient trails that only Sesimbra can offer. Unlike other holiday homes, you can bring your pets, bicycles, off-road vehicles and even your horse in order to create your dream vacations and unforgettable moments.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
