Newly we offer for rent our nice apartment with balcony in a new building at Prosek Park. Designed for two people and a child (cot available). There is a spacious bedroom, a hallway, a kitchen connected with living room, a small storage room (in the photos it is still filled, but of course we will clear it out). Kitchen is fully equipped with a stow, oven, dishwasher, fridge, silverware etc. Washing machine (in the bathroom). Good internet. Nearby is the bus stop Poliklinika Prosek (5 min) and metro Strížkov (about 10 min). Parking is possible in front of the house or nearby. There are nice playgrounds for children and, for example, a fireplace and lots of greenery. You will like it :)
