Beautiful and cosy 60 m2 flat, located on the penultimate floor of a small building with only 4 flats, conveniently located in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of Lapa/Estrela.
The flat has plenty of natural light and everything you need for a very comfortable and happy stay. Remote work is seamless with high-speed Wi-Fi (425 Mbps) and a dedicated office chair. You can even work from the small charming balcony, enjoy a morning coffee in the sun, or relax with a drink after a busy day exploring Lisbon.
Lapa/Estrela is a very central and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of many of the city`s most iconic places to visitEstrela Basilica and Park, the Ancient Art Museum, restaurants, designer shops, cafes, and nightlife spots. It is also well-connected by public transport, including the famous 28 tram, taking you to Chiado and Bairro Alto with ease!
The flat has one bathroom, a spacious living room with a combined lounge and dining area, one bedroom, and a small balcony. Two air-conditioning units and heating provide comfort year-round.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and all bed duvets, linens, and towels are included, along with a welcome package stocked with essentials like coffee, olive oil, and cleaning products.

If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
