Apartment decorated in simple, light tones. It is on the first floor right. It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a convenient stay in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within walking distance and easy mobility.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.
Living/Dining Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 5, and a balcony overlooking Avenida da Liberdade.

The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linens may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
A baby chair and baby bedding are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
City Tax will also be charged according to the law.
