It is situated in an area of Almada, near Lisbon, on the other side of the river Tagus. It is a 5 minutes walk from the Parque da Paz, the bus stop to the beaches of Costa da Caparica and the underground to Cacilhas where you can take the boat to Lisbon. The surrounding area has many commercial options, such as supermarket, cafes, restaurants, market and other local shops. Ideal for those who like to live in a quieter area and be closer to the beach and natural parks.
