Beach Apartment with 180° Ocean View
This ocean view apartment is breathtaking… It is the perfect place to both relax and slow down or to work with the inspiration of the view and the energy of the sunlight. It's a great place for digital nomads or for those who just want to take a break. At any moment you feel like having a beautiful walk by the ocean or going for an easy wave surfing year around it is literally across the street. Sunsets in the Atlantic are astonishing every day and you can enjoy them from the lounge. You open the window in the morning or at night and you hear the waves from your bed, sofa, or desk. It will be unforgettable!
The location is amazing, surrounded by endless sandy beaches and at the same time all the restaurants and services you need. A delicious grilled fish restaurant and a surf school just across the street. 5min walk from Costa da Caparica downtown and 20min drive to trendy Lisbon city center (either with your own car or by uber) so you can easily go to Lisbon for the day or for an evening event. There are bike rentals, scooters, surf lessons, boards, and surf suit rentals very close by. 5min walk from a good supermarket.
This fully renovated apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, an air conditioner, floor heating, and a modern kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric boiler. The bathroom has a hydro-massage (Jacuzzi-like) bathtub! The house is equipped so that nothing is missing from your stay and your comfort and everything is new.
The apartment has one large double bed and one normal double bed sofa in the living room. It also has a lounge area where you can lay down for sunbathing.
Cleaning service of the entire apartment every week, plus change of bedsheets and towels is included in the price.
Free parking on the street of the accommodation. Guests can move freely and safely.
