This amazing 1 bedroom apartment is located in the Old Town, on top of Fishermen's beach. It is walking distance to the main attractions such as beach, supermarkets, restaurants & bars, pharmacy and shops. It is inserted in a complex with pool, 24h security and bar. One bedroom apartment for 4 people + 1 extra bed.
This one bedroom apartment in Albufeira Old Town is bright and airy, decorated with a light summer feeling and comfort for a year round holidays. It has a large living room with TV and with a dining area for up to 6 people and leads to the open terrace with an amazing sea view.
The terrace has outdoor dining for 4 people, awning and 2 sunbeds. It also as an exclusive shaded private garden, ideal for small children to play safely or to chill under the stars.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. The bedroom is very large and comprises a large double bed, 2 single beds and one extra bed.
The 1 or 3 month rental always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On cleaning day, the tenant must have available and washed sets of sheets so that beds can be made.
