You will be able to enjoy a drink while listening to the birds and overlooking the typical neighbourhood's bustle.
The apartment is bright and luminous as there are windows in every room, including the bathroom. It is spacious and comfortable. The TV stand is on castors, so that you can put it where is most comfortable to watch, and put it away when not needed. The kitchen equipment includes a microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, an electric-induction stovetop, blender, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine. Cook pots, a kettle, a coffee maker, cutlery, plates, bowls and fancy stemmed glasses are also available so that you can immediately start to make the best of your Lisbon stay. There is no washing/drying machine as a self-service laundry is just around the corner (literally 50m away).
The neighbourhood has plenty of shops and cosy restaurants, including fado houses. You will find inspiring Miradouros with views across the Tagus River, the old city, and the Lisbon Castle within walking distance. Miradouro de Santo Estêvão is just there, and Miradouro da Graça, Miradouro de Santa Clara, Miradouro das Portas do Sol, and the Lisbon Castle are all within a 10-minute walk.
The typical Lisbon yellow tram nº28 is the closest public transportation (3 minutes walk to the nearest stop) followed by the subway (blue line, 5 minutes walking) at Santa Apolónia, where many buses and regional trains are available. The Santa Apolónia combined train/metro station hosts a very convenient supermarket. For enthusiasts, Lisbon city bikes are available at the Cruise Terminal (5-minute walk). Downtown Lisbon (Baixa), where you can find many brand shops and other points of interest, is around a 15-minute walk.
