Modern apartment with some traditional details, located just 7 minutes from the beach (with blue flag), in a very quiet area of Espinho and only 20 km from Porto. The apartment offers a comfy experience, with quality amenities and sea views. During the day, the balcony receives a good deal of light. The perfect serene getaway around Porto!

The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
Bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and towel set will be provided free of charge at check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional towel exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
