Ideal flat withing the reach of city center
This apartment is ideal for families with up to 2 children, but also for flatmates (max. 2 couples). There was partial reconstruction last year and there is everything needed for comfortable living, you just need to bring your suite cases. There are many very useful storage spaces in the apartment as well as there is an extra space in the building for storing bicycles or prams. The nearest metro station is 3 min walk, three stops from the city center, or 12 min ride by tram to Venceslav Square. The building has an elevator. The apartment has a very nice balcony with very pleasant green views.
