Country house (Palheiro) renovated, integrated in a property with about 1100 m2, located at an altitude of about 400m, in the Lameiros area of São Vicente.
Its configuration and privileged location allow you to enjoy breathtaking views over the São Vicente valley. Ideal place to relax, enjoy nature, the gardens, the orchard, the unforgettable, magical scenarios that this valley provides. Its location between the agricultural fields, where vineyards predominate, and the Laurissilva forest (UNESCO World Natural Heritage), ensures a stay in the midst of rural and natural authenticity in Madeira Island.
The property has about 90 m2 of floor space, where on the ground floor there is a large living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, which allow a comfortable stay for 5 people.
