Here, you will find some of the best museums and historical monuments, including the emblematic Museu de Arte Antiga, the Estrela Garden and the Portuguese Parliament. There is also easy access to public transportation, including the famous 28 tram!
Building
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with 2 elevators and receives plenty of natural light throughout the day. Situated in one of the most historic neighborhoods of Lisbon, the apartment provides a high-quality experience, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends. It is also wheelchair accessible.

The apartment features two suites, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a single bed and a desk.
Bathrooms
The apartment has two full bathrooms and a powder room.
Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious dining table.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).
Parking
One free parking place in the garage. Beware that access is narrow and maneuvering space is very limited - suitable for compact cars.
Additional Information:
- The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
- Bedding and Bath Linens are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
- The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
- Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, please place the keys on the main table.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of the need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
- Baby crib and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
City Tax will also be charged according to the law.
