In a historical & renovated building from the 20th century, this charming two-bedroom apartment (equipped with heating, A/C and double glazed windows) is located in one of Lisbon`s much prized areas, just next the famous ''Largo Camíµes''. A number of the city's best museums, historical sites, viewpoints and stores are within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible (Baixa-Chiado Metro Station is only 200 meters away).
Building
The building is early 20th century, full of charm and it was fully renovated. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator with lots of natural light, and sweeping views over the street. The flat is very comfortable, with central heating, portable air conditioning and double glazed windows.
Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other without.
Living Room/Dining Room
The living room has flat screen TV with cable connection, a comfortable sofa-bed and a dining table.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee maker (coffee not included).

The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
City Tax will also be charged according to the law.
