Villa in seaside Milatos village- Crete
In Milatos-Lassithi-Crete, only 25 minutes drive from Agios Nikolaos and 40 minutes from Heraklion International Airport , is a traditional small villa 95 sq.m with modern facilities , in a private area of 2500 sq.m . Suitable for winter stay from 1 November to 31 March at a satisfactory rental price. The owners are always at your disposal for anything you need.

Î’ig verandas with unrestricted views of the sea and the village of Milatos. Garden view . Private outdoor parking . Fast & reliable internet . Working space outdoors around. Ideal place for a quiet winter vacation or work in a very welcoming environment. - The pool is outdoor area and not available in winter . Sleeps up 6 persons. It consists a total of 3 bedrooms . ( One more if need on living room area.)
2 bedrooms with double beds and a twin bedroom ( sheets & blankets provided ) , fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms fully equipped (towels provided) - AC, , flat-screen Smart TV, Netflix, Fireplace , heating radiators .Heating oil and firewood are not included in the rental cost. We are at your disposal only for their supply.
Can use the covered barbecue outdoors with a capacity of 15 people.
Location just a short 2 minute drive near the seaside village of Milatos , 15 minutes drive to Malia, Sissi, 25 minute drive from the lovely resort of Agios Nikolaos, Elunda, Plaka.
Heraklion international Airport NIKOS KAZANTZAKIS 40 minutes drive from the villa.

Milatos is a wonderful traditional seaside small village of Crete , quiet place , at very short distances for short excursions of your choice.
Its taverns are famous for their delicious Cretan food and fresh fishes .
Can find Mini Markets for essentials. Large supermarkets, bakeries, in Malia and Neapolis 15 minutes drive from the villa.
Do not hesitate to come. Very nice experience for a winter stay in Crete. Positive memories will always accompany you !
