Hello, I am renting my apartment in Pula; a historical town in Croatia with spectacular Roman ruins and one of the best-preserved amphitheatre in the world. The apartment is ideally located just 10 minute walk from the city centar and 13 minutes from the beautiful coastal area Lungomare and the Valkane beach. The building has two floors, my flat is on the second (no elevator), with a view on the green park.
The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a longer stay:
- The kitchen is equipped with dishes, toaster, coffee makers, water boiler, hand blender, mixer, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer. A washer-dryer is available in the bathroom and there is enough wardrobe space to store your clothes, as well as the possibility to iron
- Air-condition to cool or heat, but during winter months you can also use normal radiators that are placed under each window, including in the bathroom
- Free parking place is available within the building premises
- The apartment is suitable for 3 persons or a smaller family (there is a sofa bed in the living room and a baby cot is available on request)
- The insect protection screens are placed on every window, but are not fixed and can be pulled up
- Bed linen and towels are available and are changed every two weeks or more at an additional cost
- Pets are allowed on request, and require an end cleaning fee of 60 euros.
About 10-15 minutes by foot from the apartment you will reach Lungomare (last 4 photos), a long stretch of beach and pine forest ideal for relaxation or sport. Lungomare is also reachable by car, and you can also park there.
