The island is highly popular thanks to its proximity to Athens and its vacation characteristics. It is widely known for its famous pistachio-designation of origin (PDO) product-, the temple of Afaia Athina, its sandy beaches, the picturesque port and villages, the vivid nightlife ¥‚ º, and its incredible special daylight. Because of its long history, it's a treasure of monuments and pictures to embrace.
The two-floor home is located in the village of Kypseli, on a privileged spot, just as far and as close it should be for you to work and enjoy your vacation at the same time! One double bedroom with access to the veranda,1 single bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, an airy open space area which serves as kitchen and dining room sitting 6 people along with a living room, are all on the ground floor area. On the 1st floor, you will find a totally private double bedroom with its own bath and balcony. Surrounded by flower-covered verandas, a private terrace of 40 sqm, in a land property of 1.500 sqm. Fully furnished and equipped, whether you choose to spend your time inside or enjoy the nature out. All rooms have ceiling/wall fans and window/balcony door insect screens.
You are only 5 km from the town of Aegina, 1 km from the center of Kypseli village, and 2 km from the beach.
Start your day on the balcony with fresh fruit, local produce yogurt, and greek coffee to boost your energy, staring at the sea all the way to Peloponesse. Enjoy the tranquility while working indoors or outdoors on the verandas and get inspired by the breathtaking view all around the house. Visit the closest beach within a 10min drive for a quick swim just to refresh your mind. Reflect over a glass of red wine and immerse yourself in the colors of the most astonishing sunset. Spend your night on the terrace, under the stars, and fill your batteries for the next morning job.
Aegina is a real gem to explore. Sandy beaches and hidden rocky small gulfs are all around the island. You can choose to swim Šâ€â™€ï¸, sunbatheâ›±, take scuba diving, canoeing š£â€â™€ï¸, water skiing or have your yoga by the sea §˜â€â™‚️. You want to explore the inland? Cycling š´â€â™€ï¸, horse riding ‡, hiking the cultural paths to reach the ancient olives (Elaionas), the higher Mt Ellanion, the medieval Palaiochora or the stone-built villages. Hungry?
