This nicely furnished apartment is located on the second floor of a 1930s villa in a very quiet area with easy parking, 2-3 minutes walk to public transport stop + 5 minute drive to Kacerov or Budejovická metro stations.
It is a very cozy, small, multifunctional apartment where transforming the living room into a bedroom takes a minute. With the option to use a home cinema (HD projector, large widescreen ,7 wisely placed speakers), WiFi, reclining chair, etc.
Kitchen offers a lot of light through large windows, wash machine, slow-motion juicer, etc.
Ideal for a single person.
I am renting out the apartment due to an extended stay abroad; otherwise, I regularly use it and have a personal connection to it. That's why I prefer that we get to know each other before finalizing the contract, allowing You to inspect everything and ensure whether the apartment is suitable for you or not.
