Nicely furnished 800 sq ft apt in City Centre. The apt is spacious, and sunny with 8 windows. The view from the living room is of the Keizersgracht Canal, and the Westerkerk.
The bedroom, and living room are separated by a nice sized foyer. The living room is very comfortable with two couches, a cable television, CD player, lots of books, a working fireplace The bedroom looks out at gardens. There is a queen size bed, lots of closet space, a dresser, and a desk. There are 2 sofas in the living room.
The neighborhood has many cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket next door, There are two trams that stop outside the building. It is a 15-minute walk to Central Station, and from Central Station a 30 -minute train ride to Schiphol airport.
The building is nicely kept with two apartments on a floor. We are on the 4th floor.
We have two very good friends who take care of the apartment when we are not there. They live close by, and are almost always available should there be any problem or even if you need some advice, They will meet you when you arrive, and explain whatever you need to know about the apartment.
The apt is available from June 1st. There is a one month minimum.
