I am offering for the middle-term rent a stylish, above-standard furnished apartment 2 + kk with a terrace in a very popular residential building in Prague's Vinohrady - Rezidence Korunní. The residence is located close to public transport and all civic and social amenities. Tram stop Orionka 1 min, Vinohradský pivovar (brewery) 1 min, OC Flora (shopping mall) 5 min, nám. Jirího z Podebrad (JSP) 10 min walk. Within walking distance of a few minutes, there are parks: Grébovka, Riegrovy sady, Olšanské hrbitovy, Parukárka.
The residence is equipped with a 24-hour reception, which will handle all possible requests such as picking up a package or announcing a visit etc.
