This cozy and stylish 2-bedroom apartment in Albufeira Marina is centrally located within the marina, with south-facing balconies and beautiful views of the marina.
It has a spacious and bright living room, comfortably decorated and equipped with a large sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, flat screen, Wi-Fi and a dining area for 6 people. There is a bedroom with two single beds decorated with a summer touch, with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe, which shares a bathroom, and a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, also with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom toilet.
The apartment includes free underground parking.
Below the apartment is the marina avenue with supermarket, bars and restaurants. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the isolated Arrifes beach or the popular Pescadores beach.
The tenant will also find all beds made and bath and face towels for each guest. They will also have a change of face and bath linen and bed linen, so they can manage their needs.
