This spacious, bright, minimalistic and elegantly disposition well designed 2+kk apartment (61m, +7m terrace, reserved parking place in front of the building) is located in a quite area Brno-Slatina, a part called „green city. The apartment is fully furnished in modern style ready for moving in. It`s very nice to stay at home and enjoy sitting on the terrace in the evenings.
Everything what you might need is available nearby: a bus stop (incl. night bus) is directly opposite to the entrance of the building, just 5 minutes` walk there are shops (Kaufland, Lidl, Penny, a drugstore, a pharmacy, …), restaurants and a café, there is a technology park and city`s airport (15 minutes by bus), you can be in a downtown just in 15 minutes by bus, there is also a connection to the highway D1 (5 minutes). In your free time, you can go for a walk to Stránská skála (national nature monument), where is a magnificent viewpoint for the whole area. Further, you can walk to the beautiful Premyslovo square in the old part of Brno-Slatina where you can enjoy several restaurants, a café and a public space for cultural events – just sit down, sip your drink and enjoy the atmosphere.
There are towels, bed sheets and basic toiletries available for you. The modern and spacious kitchen contains build-in appliances: a fridge, a dishwascher, a hood, an oven and an induction board. All windows have blinds. There is a cloakroom where you can store your stuff. The apartment is best for 1-2 persons, there is a big bed in the bedroom. In case of need, the sofa in the living room can be extended to accommodate overnight visits. The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub, a washing machine and a heating ladder.
