The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Close to public transportation stops, supermarkets, shops for all tastes, and the famous cultural, artistic, and commercial center LX Factory. Ideal for those looking to enjoy one of the most relaxed areas of Lisbon!
Please be aware that this is a lively area, so outside noise may occur.

The apartment features two bedrooms, both with a double bed and fantastic natural lighting.

The apartment has one bathroom with a shower.
Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa, a clean and cozy decoration, as well as a dining table.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

The property is 'Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
Bedding and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, you need to place the keys inside the lockbox.
During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
Cot and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
